# Setting Up Subscription Type Groups for 360 Workflows

## Problem
Administrators need to control which memberships each 360 membership workflow offers. Subscription type groups, created in Plus2 and ticked in the GMC, decide this.

## Resolution

1. **Create the group in Plus2**
   - Go to `Configuration > Financial > Subscription type groups`.
   - A practical pattern is one group per price level and duration, e.g. IDs starting `WF`: `WF001` Adult 12 month, Adult 6 month, Adult DD.

2. **Assign it to each subscription**
   - Set the group on each subscription's **More details** tab.

3. **Tick it in the GMC**
   - In the GMC, go to **Front of house > Membership settings** and tick the group.
   - Untick old groups you no longer want offered.

4. **Add it to the workflow in 360**
   - Add the group to the workflow in 360. If it doesn't show, refresh, or log out and in.

## Notes

- Mirror the Go Join button structure where possible.
- **Impact on 360:** only subscriptions in ticked groups appear in a workflow's membership step and in **Change membership type** (upgrade/downgrade groups). Entry-screen questions are also assigned to subscription groups.
