Setting Up Subscription Type Groups for 360 Workflows

Problem

Administrators need to control which memberships each 360 membership workflow offers. Subscription type groups, created in Plus2 and ticked in the GMC, decide this.

Resolution

1. Create the group in Plus2

   • Go to Configuration > Financial > Subscription type groups.
   • A practical pattern is one group per price level and duration, e.g. IDs starting WF: WF001 Adult 12 month, Adult 6 month, Adult DD.

2. Assign it to each subscription

   • Set the group on each subscription's More details tab.

3. Tick it in the GMC

   • In the GMC, go to Front of house > Membership settings and tick the group.
   • Untick old groups you no longer want offered.

4. Add it to the workflow in 360

   • Add the group to the workflow in 360. If it doesn't show, refresh, or log out and in.

Notes

• Mirror the Go Join button structure where possible.
• Impact on 360: only subscriptions in ticked groups appear in a workflow's membership step and in Change membership type (upgrade/downgrade groups). Entry-screen questions are also assigned to subscription groups.
