## Problem
You need to understand how bookable resources are built in Plus2 across one or more sites, from naming standards to go-live handover, and where each task is covered.

## Notes

- Build the resource hierarchy **before** any live bookings, and test in the test database before applying to live.
- **Confirm the active site** before creating or changing anything. Plus2 starts on Head Office, which has no booking sheets.
- Reuse by copying a verified item, then change the ID and description and re-check every inherited setting.
