## Notes

- Plus2 is the "engine room": classes, activities, products, subscriptions and calendars are configured there. Operator and 360 read the **same data**, so a change in one appears in the others. Keep using Plus2 until Gladstone says to move a task to Operator.
- **Activities vs classes (reservations)**: an activity is booked at a time the customer picks within the activity's calendar; a class or reservation is a scheduled session at set times, and creates its own calendar from its dates. - A **hosted reservation (block booking)** is a reservation charged to one host customer; see [Configuring Block Bookings in Plus2](configuring-block-bookings-in-plus2.md).
