Problem
You need to understand how price products, resource products, calendars, subscriptions and booking sheets fit together in Plus2, so classes, activities and memberships charge correctly, and which article covers each task.

Setting Up Price Products in Plus2
- When creating the product that tells the system what to charge. One sits behind every class, activity, membership and till item.
Changing Prices for Products and Subscriptions in Plus2
- When changing a price now or from a future date, or changing many products at once with a global price change.
Creating Resource Products in Plus2
- When adding a bookable column on the booking sheet: a court, pool lane, studio or instructor (an Area in Go Operator Centre Management).
Plus2 Calendars, Time Bands and Opening Hours
- When choosing which calendar a product, activity or resource uses, or setting different opening hours by day.
Configuring a Subscription in Plus2
- When creating a membership to sell in 360 or on Go Join.
Creating Booking Sheets in Plus2

Notes
- Plus2 is the "engine room": classes, activities, products, subscriptions and calendars are configured there. Operator and 360 read the same data, so a change in one appears in the others. Keep using Plus2 until Gladstone says to move a task to Operator.
- Activities vs classes (reservations): an activity is booked at a time the customer picks within the activity's calendar; a class or reservation is a scheduled session at set times, and creates its own calendar from its dates. See Plus2 Activities, Reservations, Booking Sheets and Closures.
- A hosted reservation (block booking) is a reservation charged to one host customer; see Configuring Block Bookings in Plus2.
