## Notes

- Plus2 is the "engine room" of Gladstone. Subscriptions, price and resource products, price levels, calendars, activities, classes, booking sheets, statuses, payment methods and departments are all configured here.
- 360, the GMC and Go Operator work from the **same data** as Plus2, so a setting saved in Plus2 changes what staff can sell in 360, what customers can join and book on Go, and how payments and invoices are recorded.
- Keep doing this configuration in Plus2 until Gladstone tells you a task has moved to Operator.
- Many tasks continue in the GMC (Sub Types, activity groups, workflows, entry point profiles, EFT and RCP services) and in Operator (membership mapping, price levels on Go Book, alert lists, party bookings, Block Bookings).
