# Plus2 Changes Not Showing on Go

## Problem
A change saved in Plus2 doesn't appear on Go Join, Go Book or My Account, or a GMC change doesn't appear in 360.

## Root Cause
Changes made in Plus2 can take **up to about 20 minutes** to show in Go (Go Join, Go Book and My Account).

## Resolution

1. **Wait about 20 minutes**
   - Allow up to about 20 minutes for the change to reach Go.

2. **Clear the browser cache**
   - Press **F12**, then go to `Application > Storage > Clear site data`, then refresh.

3. **Check the environment and site**
   - Check you're testing on the right environment (test addresses include "test").
   - Check the change was saved on the right environment and site.

4. **Contact Gladstone Support**
   - If it still doesn't show, contact Gladstone Support.

## Notes

- **Impact on 360:** GMC settings are pushed to users at their next login or after a browser refresh. After many workflow group changes, clear the browser cache.
