Plus2 Changes Not Showing on Go

Problem

A change saved in Plus2 doesn't appear on Go Join, Go Book or My Account, or a GMC change doesn't appear in 360.

Root Cause

Changes made in Plus2 can take up to about 20 minutes to show in Go (Go Join, Go Book and My Account).

Resolution

1. Wait about 20 minutes

   • Allow up to about 20 minutes for the change to reach Go.

2. Clear the browser cache

   • Press F12, then go to Application > Storage > Clear site data, then refresh.

3. Check the environment and site

   • Check you're testing on the right environment (test addresses include "test").
   • Check the change was saved on the right environment and site.

4. Contact Gladstone Support

   • If it still doesn't show, contact Gladstone Support.

Notes

• Impact on 360: GMC settings are pushed to users at their next login or after a browser refresh. After many workflow group changes, clear the browser cache.
