# Plus2 Activities, Reservations, Booking Sheets and Closures

## Problem
You need to understand how bookable activities and reservations are set up in Plus2, how resources are blocked and closed, how far ahead customers can book, and which article covers each task.

## Notes

- Classes, activities and bookings are still configured in **Plus2**. Each needs at least one **price product** (what it costs) and one **resource product** (where it takes place, that is, the booking sheet column).
- An **activity** is a bookable slot a customer chooses the time for, for example a court or a PT session. A **reservation** is a recurring booking on the booking sheet at set times, used for classes and for booked gym (or swim) sessions.
- Time bands created for a class, closure or instructor block must have **Restrict entry** ticked, or they can't be used as booking-sheet exceptions.
- Plus2 cannot use a shared generic Windows login, so each person who needs the booking sheet needs their own login.
