# MobilePro: App Log In for End Users

HTML version: [MobilePro: App Log In for End Users](https://support.gladstonesoftware.cloud/mobilepro/mobilepro-app-log-in-for-end-users)

**Applies to:** MobilePro App users

## Problem
End users of the MobilePro app may be unsure about when they will be prompted to log in, what login methods are available, and how the app manages login sessions. Users may also encounter issues related to login credentials or session persistence.

## Resolution

1. **When You Will Be Asked to Log In:**
   - The app will prompt you to log in the first time you attempt any of the following actions:
     - Booking a class via the Class Booking module
     - Booking an activity via the Activity Booking module
     - Viewing bookings in My Bookings or Favourites
     - Accessing any web module that uses Single Sign-On (SSO)

2. **Login Methods:**
   - The login screen will ask for credentials in one of these formats, depending on your organisation's settings:
     1. **Member ID and PIN**
     2. **Email and Secure Password**
   - The login method is controlled by your organisation and cannot be changed by individual users. To change the login type for your organisation, contact Gladstone Support.

3. **Session Behaviour:**
   - Once you have logged in, the MobilePro app remembers your session. You will not be prompted to log in again unless you explicitly log out.

4. **Troubleshooting Common Login Issues:**
   - **If you are asked to log in every time you open the app:** Make sure you are not logging out after each session. The session remains active until you log out.
   - **If you do not know your login credentials:** Contact your leisure centre or organisation. They can provide your Member ID or reset your PIN or password.
   - **If the login method is not what you expect:** The login method is set by your organisation using Plus2 or Gladstone360. Contact Gladstone Support if a different login method is required.
   - **If you do not have an account:** Look for a "Register" or "Join Now" option on the login page. If this is not available, contact your leisure centre to create an account.

## Notes
- The login method for your organisation is configured in Plus2 or Gladstone360 and cannot be changed by users.
- Contact Gladstone Support for changes to login configuration or for login issues not resolved by the steps above.
