Gladstone Cloud: Password Reset (v1)

This page is designed to guide users on how to reset their password when accessing the Hosting environment

COMPATIBILITY | This page is designed to guide users on how to reset their password when accessing the Hosting environment

  • This is not used to reset Plus2 user accounts or any other internal facing products, please speak to your internal configuration administration team for these tasks
  • Users must have a e-mail address setup in our system for this process to work and it must be unique. E-mail addresses can't be shared between accounts
  • An example of a username we are resetting is myname@gladstone-leisurecloud.net

  • Enter your username, as an example this will be testaccount@gladstone-leisurecloud.net
  • Select NEXT

  • The email address we hold registered to the username will be partially displayed. Select this and click NEXT

  • If there is no e-mail address registered against this account you will not be able to complete this process, you will see a 'User has no reply method for PIN. You cannot complete the process of Password Resetting' If you have this message please contact Gladstone Support so this can be rectified, do not use the e-mail address that is displayed on screen

  • Enter a new password and confirm this
  • Select FINISH
  • Your password has now been reset and you can access the Hosting platform
