Members using the same email address in Homeportal

This article describes how a member can sign up their other children on to the course and use the same email/Homeportal account. Also, how 2 or more members can be linked on the same Homeportal account so the parents can view all children

New members joining onto the course with an existing child already on the course

  • When the members choose the relevant course/class for their other child, when you click and get to this screen, you need to click into the Returning Customers section and login with your existing child’s Homeportal

  • You will then see this screen, choose + Add new member

  • Follow the steps to add your other child’s details and book on the relevant course

Existing Members on a course who wish to be linked on the same Homeportal account

  •  One member will need to have an activated Homeportal account first 
  •  Login to your portal and select + ADD MEMBER 

  •  Now add the other child’s Card ID, this info is obtained from Plus2

  • If the member does not have a valid Card ID set in 360/Plus 2, you will need to create one. If you don’t want to issue them a card/fob you can enter their Member ID in the field 

  • In 360 you will see this to Add in the Contacts screen

  •  In Plus 2 you will need to add Card in the Members screen 

  •  The Parent/Guardian then will be asked to answer a Security Check to confirm they know the child they are adding

  •  Once they have passed the security check they will see a Success message and be able to view both children on the account like in the screenshot below 

  • More children can be added if required
