This article describes how to resync memberships in GoLearn for members who do not appear on the Plan Problems screen when their membership is cancelled or unpaid.
If a member has cancelled their membership or their DD has been rejected, they should appear on the Plan Problems screen in GoLearn. If their membership has not updated correctly in GoLearn then the member may not appear on the Plan Problems list and therefore remain in classes they should not be attending.
To resync a membership between GoLearn and Plus2/Gladstone360 follow these steps.
- Log in to GoLearn
- Select Members on the left-hand pane
- Use the search box for find the member who's membership has not sync'd
- Click the More button to open that members details
- Click the Resync with Plus2 button
- Check the Membership pane on the right-hand side and it will show as Expired
The following day the member will now correctly appear on the Plan Problems screen after the next overnight synchronisation process had completed.
