This article will guide you on how to resolve price levels that are assigned in Plus2 but are not showing in GoBook for members to chose
The screenshot is showing no INFANT option to be booked in the General Swim sessions
Go to GoOperator, under Configuration, type in Price in the search bar and click in to the ‘Price Levels’ box
Find your relevant price level and click into it
Click in to the ‘Web non member bookable’ box
Once you click in here, ensure you then click on the Green SAVE button (top right)
If you then refresh your GoBook, this will then show to be booked
