GladstoneGo: Adding a new membership and Troubleshooting steps

This article will guide you in adding a new membership to GoJoin and how to assign the tag groups, and troubleshooting when a membership won't appear

Adding a membership

In GoOperator, under Configuration type ‘Sub’ in the search bar and then click in to the ‘Membership Types’ box

Find your relevant new subscription, you can scroll or type in the name/ID in the search bar to locate the correct one

You then need to assign the subscription a tag from each relevant group

No two subscriptions can have the same tags in the groups assigned

I.e. example below is tagged for  

Member Types – Adult 

Membership Duration – Direct Debit 

Membership Sites – Single Site 

Membership Facilities – Classes Only 

Membership Times – Peak 

Membership Types - Individual

Therefore, another subscription cannot have all the same options selected or the system does not know what subscription to assign to the member and this will not show on GoJoin

Once you have your subscription correctly tagged, ensure you save  

Troubleshooting a Membership

 If a new membership will not show in GoJoin, check the below points 

Is this ticked to be web purchase allowed in Plus 2. You can check this under Configuration, Financial, Subscriptions, Subscription Types and locating your relevant subscription. Then in the ‘Web’ tab, ensure your relevant sites are ticked 

Do you have a price level and status assigned in the GMC. You can check this in the GMC under Configuration, Gladstone360 Front of House, Subscription Types

Find your relevant subscription, edit and ensure this has a price level and status assigned as in the screenshot below
