Using Filter Bookmarks in Gladstone Reporting

This powerful feature allows you to define and save custom filter selections, so you can apply them instantly whenever needed. Whether you're analysing data or sharing insights, Filter Bookmarks make it faster and easier for you and your colleagues to access exactly the information you need, all within your own Gladstone Reporting account.

How to use Filter Bookmarks
The Filter Bookmarks feature is available on every dashboard and drill-down within Gladstone Reporting. You'll find it conveniently located at the top of the filter pane, featuring a Select Bookmark dropdown and a Save Bookmark button for quick access and easy filter management.
Create a Private Bookmark
- Within your Dashboard or Drill Down, update the appropriate filter(s)
- Select Save Bookmark as Private Bookmark (visible to the creator only)
Create a Public Bookmark
- Within your Dashboard or Drill Down, update the appropriate filter(s)
- Select Save Bookmark as Public Bookmark (visible to all users within your group)
Apply a Filter Bookmark
- Navigate to your Dashboard or Drill Down
- Using the Select Bookmark drop-down menu, select the appropriate Filter Bookmark
Remove a Filter Bookmark
- Navigate to your Dashboard or Drill Down containing the Filter Bookmark
- Using the Select Bookmark drop-down menu, select the red 'x' next to the appropriate filter to remove
- Confirm removal by selecting Yes
NOTE: Public Filter Bookmarks may only be removed by the creator
Update a Filter Bookmark
- Navigate to your Dashboard or Drill Down containing the Filter Bookmark
- Using the Select Bookmark drop-down menu, select the appropriate Filter Bookmark
- Using the Select Bookmark drop-down menu, select the red 'x' next to the appropriate filter to remove leaving the original selection in place
- Within your Dashboard or Drill Down, update the appropriate filter(s) and select Save Bookmark providing the same name or a new name of your choice
