How to Secure Your @gladstone-leisurecloud.net Cloud Account

This page will guide you on how to setup SSPR for a new @gladstone-leisurecloud.net user you have been issued. You will then be able to manage your own security setup and adjust passwords

This process is completed by accessing Plus2 via Windows App or Remote Desktop App

Instructions for Remote Desktop (Instructions for Windows App is further down)

  • Locate the icon on your desktop, a couple of examples of how this icon could look are shown below


  • Click the 3 dots at the very top of the application and select Subscribe

  • After first subscribing to the Remote Desktop App, you will be presented with the following box, click Next

  • Click Sign In and enter the new info you have been supplied. You may need to click Use another account

  • To keep the account secure for password resets, it's highly recommended that e-mail is used as a recovery method. On the screen displayed scroll to the bottom and click I want to set up a different method and click Email, enter an e-mail address you wish to use
    • Where possible do not use a shared mailbox as this may compromise security of the account

  • A code will now be sent to the chosen recovery method, enter this code, click Done and you will see the following

Instructions for Windows App

  • Locate the icon on your desktop, an example of how this icon could look is shown below

  • Click Sign In and enter the new info you have been supplied. You may need to click Use another account
  • A message will displayed, Let's keep your account secure, click Next and if asked to do so enter the new username supplied
