Gladstone Cloud: Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) - New User Setup

This page will guide you on how to setup SSPR for a new @gladstone-leisurecloud.net user you have been issued

This process is completed by accessing Plus2 via the Remote Desktop App

  • Firstly, click the Remote Desktop icon on your desktop, a couple of examples of how this icon could look are shown below

    • If you are unable to locate this icon, please speak with your internal IT department
  • Click the 3 dots at the very top of the application and select Subscribe

  • After first subscribing to the Remote Desktop App, you will be presented with the following box

  • Click Next and the following screen will be displayed

  • Do not select Skip setup, this will impact your ability to manage and maintain the account now and in the future without the help of Gladstone

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to setup SSPR. If you wish to change from Phone to E-Mail, please select 'I want to set up a different method'. Once setup you will see the following message

  • The SSPR setup process has now been completed and you can now access the Gladstone systems

  • It is highly recommended that you now change your password to one of your choosing by following Reset Password
