This page will guide you on how to setup SSPR for a new @gladstone-leisurecloud.net user you have been issued
This process is completed by accessing Plus2 via the Remote Desktop App
- Firstly, click the Remote Desktop icon on your desktop, a couple of examples of how this icon could look are shown below
- If you are unable to locate this icon, please speak with your internal IT department
- Click the 3 dots at the very top of the application and select Subscribe

After first subscribing to the Remote Desktop App, you will be presented with the following box

Click Next and the following screen will be displayed

Do not select Skip setup, this will impact your ability to manage and maintain the account now and in the future without the help of Gladstone

Follow the on-screen instructions to setup SSPR. If you wish to change from Phone to E-Mail, please select 'I want to set up a different method'. Once setup you will see the following message

The SSPR setup process has now been completed and you can now access the Gladstone systems
- It is highly recommended that you now change your password to one of your choosing by following Reset Password
