Sample Periods
The eyeQ Sample Periods enables you to explore your Attendance, Payment and Sales tables on three separate levels. Each Sample period will give you the following information:
- Detail: Looks back 6 months plus the current month. The information will show you full member details for one of the tables above.
- Daily: Looks back 12 months plus the current month and will show you all the information for each day
- Monthly: Looks back 36 months plus the current month and will show you all figures for each month only.
The Detailed Sample period is set to 6 months as default. If you wish to increase your sample periods to give you more detailed information, please contact Gladstone Support.
