Optimise activity utilisation using alert lists
Introduction
Just because a class is fully booked, doesn't mean your consumers can't show their interest in taking part in this activity. That is where alert lists come in and it couldn't be simpler to activate.
Please Note: Alert lists are configured in Plus2 which uses the term waiting list. These are the same thing by a different name on the Go platform.
Alert List Setup
All Classes and Reservations within Gladstone Go need to be setup within Plus2.
- Go to Configuration > Bookings > Reservations.
- Select the activity you wish to enable a alert list for, e.g. Morning Spin 30.
- Within the General Details of the reservation, enable the Waiting List tick box.
