Configure an A4 style printer for printing reports and documents from Plus2 or Gladstone360
Plus2 and Gladstone360 print reports and documents to the printer that is set as the default printer on your computer.
- You can check this by clicking the Windows start button on the bottom left of your PC screen
- Search for Control Panel
NOTE: If you do not have access to find this application then you may need your IT to perform the following steps for you. - Click on ViewDevicesAndPrinters
- Your desired A4 printer needs to be set as default for Plus2 and Gladstone 360 to pick it up. Right-Click your desired A4 printer and select SetAsDefaultPrinter
Your printer should now have a green tick against it.
NOTE: You may need to log out of Plus2 and Gladstone 360 for these new changes to be picked up.
