Can't See a Class on Mobile Pro

This could be one of three reasons

  • Scope ID Issue
  • The Booking Search Duration
  • Bookings to Midnight is not selected in AWS

 

1. Scope ID Issue

The most common reason is that the Activity Group has not been added to the Scope ID in the Mobile Pro Cockpit. For a class to show in Mobile Pro, you need to make sure that the ActivityGroupID is added in the Cockpit, this is done via:

a) Go To https://cockpit.mobilepro.uk.com/ and Log in

b) Click on the Class Bookings Module

c) Under Edit Booking Module - Scope ID (Add Scope ID for your sessions. To add multiple ScopeID's, please separate by commas).

 

2. The Booking Search Duration 

There is a search duration in AWS which selects the amount of days a class is visible. If this is a new class which is starting in over a weeks time, more than likely this setting is less than 8 days and therefore the class will not show.

a) Log on to the GMC > Configuration Manager > Confiiguration > Advanced Web Services (incl. Mobile Pro)

b) Select Booking Settings

c) Check No. of Future Days Visible

if the figure selected is less than the number of days which the class in on in the future, this will be the reason this isn't working.

 

3. Bookings to Midnight is not selected in AWS

In some case the class will not show because the Future Days Visible is only looking 7 days ahead to the hour. You may need to change this in the GMC to look to Midnight. To do this:

a) Log on to the GMC > Configuration Manager > Confiiguration > Advanced Web Services (incl. Mobile Pro)

b) Select Booking Settings

c) Tick the option 'Classes Visible to Midnight'.
