This article describes adding config into the system around user fields to obtain more membership info
If you wish to add a user field to obtain more information i.e. when a member is taking out a membership, the user field first needs to be created in Plus 2
Once this is created, you can add this in GoOperator, under Configuration, type in ‘Profile’ in the search bar and then click in to the ‘Form Profiles’ box
Open the relevant profile. ‘Sign-Up Form’ is the main profile GoJoin will use
In the ‘Select Form Component’ dropdown select ‘User Fields’ and ensure you turn on ‘Enable Field Visibility’
Select the relevant User Fields you wish to include and ‘Add’ them
Once you have this selected, you will need to click on ‘Edit’ on each User Field, to select which subscriptions you wish this to be visible for. You can assign different subscriptions to see different User Fields
To the right of the screen you will then see the below screenshot, type in the relevant subscriptions you wish this User Fields to be visible on and Add them.
Once you have all subscriptions added, click on ‘Confirm’
Ensure you then ‘Save’ the profile (top right of the screen)
