# Training: 360 Prospects

## Problem
You need guidance on how to use the Prospects module in Gladstone360 ([glossary](../guides/glossary.md)) to manage and follow up sales leads, including creating new leads and recording interactions.

## Resolution
1. Access the 360 Prospects eLearning course to learn how to:
   - Create a new sales lead.
   - Record interactions with prospects.
   - Track leads through to completion.
2. Launch the training class using the following link:
