# Printing a System Info Report on V200c Payment Terminal

## Problem
You need to print a 'System Info' report from a V200c payment terminal that is integrated with [Gladstone360](../guides/glossary.md).

## Resolution
1. Log in to Gladstone360.
2. From the home screen, launch POS.
3. Click the cog icon in the top right-hand corner and select **PC settings**.
4. Click the **Reports** button.
5. Click the **System Information Report** button.
6. The terminal will automatically log on and print the System Info report.

## Notes
- These instructions apply only to V200c terminals in integrated (POS) mode with Gladstone360.
