Printing a System Info Report on V200c Payment Terminal

Problem

You need to print a 'System Info' report from a V200c payment terminal that is integrated with Gladstone360.

Resolution

1. Log in to Gladstone360.
2. From the home screen, launch POS.
3. Click the cog icon in the top right-hand corner and select PC settings.
4. Click the Reports button.
5. Click the System Information Report button.
6. The terminal will automatically log on and print the System Info report.

• These instructions apply only to V200c terminals in integrated (POS) mode with Gladstone360.
