# How to Refresh a Class Register in Go Learn

## Problem
When managing class registers in Go Learn, a member may still appear with an 'L' or 'K' status. This article explains how to refresh the class register to attempt to remove members who are stuck in this state.

## Resolution

1. **Identify the stuck member**  
   Check the class register to see if a member is showing with an 'L' or 'K' status.

2. **Open the class**  
   Double-click the relevant class to open it.

3. **Locate the Actions box**  
   On the right-hand side of the screen, find the Actions box.

4. **Refresh the class**  
   Select **Refresh**. The member should be removed from the class register.
