How to Refresh a Class Register in Go Learn
Problem
When managing class registers in Go Learn, a member may still appear with an 'L' or 'K' status. This article explains how to refresh the class register to attempt to remove members who are stuck in this state.
Resolution
Identify the stuck member
Check the class register to see if a member is showing with an 'L' or 'K' status.Open the class
Double-click the relevant class to open it.Locate the Actions box
On the right-hand side of the screen, find the Actions box.Refresh the class
Select Refresh. The member should be removed from the class register.
