How to Find Plan Problems and Their Reasons in Go Learn

Problem

You need to identify customers who have issues with their Plans in Go Learn and find out the reason for each problem, especially when investigating customer plan access or membership issues.

Resolution

1. Select Members from the navigation menu.
2. Select Plan Problems.
3. Review the list of customers that appears. These are customers who have plan problems.
4. Look for the yellow banner underneath each customer to see the reason for their issue.
