How to Configure Verifone Settings for G360
Problem
You need to set up or update the integration between a Verifone Android payment terminal (PED, Pin Entry Device) and G360 (Gladstone360) Check-In POS. This means entering your Verifone settings in GMC (Gladstone Management Console) Configuration Manager, then linking the PED to G360.

Notes
- Before you start:
- Payment types must already be configured.
- You need permission to use GMC Configuration Manager, and access to G360.
- You need an existing Verifone account, your login for your organisation's Verifone Central portal, and access to the Verifone PEDs.
- The Android-based Verifone platform needs no direct connection to the PIN pad hardware: all transactional communication goes through the central Verifone API (the Global Services Connector), which is why G360 needs your Verifone API details.
- Versions: the Verifone settings in GMC are not available in POS versions earlier than 4.26.0, and the Verifone PED ID option in PC Settings is available only from POS version 4.28.0.
- Depending on the version of Verifone Central, the Organisation ID may instead be found under Administration > Organizations: select the organisation name and copy the ID from General Information. The User ID may then be shown at the end of the browser's address bar on the My Account page.
- Older guidance gives the GMC path as
Configuration > Gladstone360 CheckIn POS > Verifone Settings, and lists only the Live and Test Verifone URLs (…/oidc/poscloud/nexo/v2/payment), not the base URLs. - To find a device's Point of Interaction name in Verifone Central and use it as the PED ID, see How to Set a Verifone PED ID in Gladstone360 PC Settings.
- To check that your API User ID and API Key authenticate, see Testing Connections to the Verifone API Using Postman. For error messages caused by wrong settings, see Common Gladstone360 POS Error Messages on Android PEDs. Terms such as Organisation ID and API User are explained in Android PED Terminology.
