# How to Configure Verifone Android PED in Gladstone360

## Problem
As a system administrator, you need to set up Verifone Android PED (the card payment terminal) payment workflows in Gladstone360, so both Customer Present (CP) and Customer Not Present (CNP) payment methods are available and can be used in Plus2 and G360 Check-In POS. PED, Plus2, G360 and GMC are explained in the [glossary](../guides/glossary.md).

## Resolution

1. **Set Online Authorization Interface in Plus2**
    1. Go to **Configurations > System > Configuration** and open **Online Authorization**.
    2. Set the fields as follows:
        - **Chip and Pin Logging Level:** Info
        - **Chip and Pin Register Card:** DoNotRegister
        - **Online Authorisation Interface:** Payment Manager
        - **Online Authorisation Port Number:** 7005
        - **Online Authorisation Time Out Period (seconds):** 120
        - **Payment Manager AppID:** PM
        - **Payment Manager Preferred Provider:** VerifoneChipAndPinV2

2. **Create Customer Not Present (CNP) Payment Method**
    1. Go to **Configuration > Financial > Payment Methods** and select **New**.
    2. Fill in the General Details and set **Collection Interface** to "Online Authorization".
    3. Configure the **Options** tab according to your requirements (for example, Open POS Cash Drawer or Restrict Split Tender).
    4. On the **Payment Manager** tab, ensure **Customer Not Present** is checked.
    5. Select **Save**.

3. **Create Customer Present (CP) Payment Method**
    1. Repeat Step 2 for the Customer Present Payment Method, filling in the General Details and Options tabs as needed.
    2. On the **Payment Manager** tab, ensure **Customer Not Present** is **unchecked**.
    3. Select **Save**.

4. **Enable Payment Methods in GMC**
    1. Go to **G360 > GMC > Configuration Manager > G360 Check-In POS > General Settings**.
    2. Add the newly created payment methods under the **Allow Payment Methods** section.
    3. Select **Save**.

5. **Assign Payment Methods to a Till (Optional)**
    1. In G360, go to **Settings > Configuration > Till Configuration**.
    2. To create a new till:
        - Select **Add New**.
        - Enter a name for the till.
        - Open the new till configuration.
    3. Add a new item and search for the payment methods.
    4. Add both payment methods to the till as required, then **Save** the till configuration.

## Notes

- **Payment methods not visible in G360:** Ensure they are added in GMC under **Allow Payment Methods** and saved.
