# GoMobile: Device Support

## Problem
You need to know which devices and operating system versions the GoMobile app (see [GO Mobile](../guides/glossary.md)) supports, for example to answer a member's question or to investigate a problem they report.

## Resolution

1. **Supported Device Types:**
   - GoMobile is deployed for mobile phones only.
   - Tablets are not deployed or supported.

2. **Supported iPhone Models (current hardware test set):**
   - iPhone SE
   - iPhone 8 Plus
   - iPhone 12
   - iPhone 14

3. **Supported Android Devices (current hardware test set):**
   - Google Pixel 7
   - Samsung Galaxy S20
   - Samsung Galaxy S10

4. **Supported Apple iOS Versions:**
   - Gladstone supports the current general release (GR) version of iOS and the two previous versions.
   - Full testing is completed on new iOS beta releases to ensure compatibility.

5. **Supported Android OS Versions:**
   - Gladstone supports the current general release version of Android and the two previous major versions.
   - Full testing is completed on new Android beta releases to ensure compatibility.

## Notes

- Anyone having problems with the app should first upgrade to the latest OS available for their device.
- There may be breaking changes between the latest and older OS versions. Gladstone tries to accommodate these changes, but on a device outside the supported OS versions, the recommendation is to use [GoConsumer](../guides/glossary.md) (the GoBook and GoJoin web products) instead.
