# Gladstone360 PED Integration Required Software Versions

## Problem
You may experience issues when trying to integrate [Gladstone360](../guides/glossary.md) (G360) with Verifone V200c or V240m [PED](../guides/glossary.md) (Pin Entry Device) devices if incorrect software or hardware versions are used. This can result in unreliable or unsuccessful PED integration.

## Resolution
To ensure successful and reliable integration between Gladstone360 and Verifone V200c or V240m PEDs, the following software and configuration combinations are required:

1. **Check your Gladstone360 POS version and PED software version:**
    - POS version must be **4.16.0 or higher**.
    - PED (Verifone) software must be **2.10.0.22 or higher**.

2. **Ensure correct PED setting for 'Print Always Customer Receipt':**
    - This setting can be either **Enabled** or **Disabled**.
    - Integration will work reliably with either option if the correct POS and PED software versions are in place.

3. **Compatibility Matrix:**

## Notes
- Any Verifone V200c or V240m PED running Verifone software lower than 2.10.0.22 must be updated.
- Any Gladstone360 POS version lower than 4.16.0 will not reliably integrate with Verifone V200c or V240m PEDs; devices may work intermittently but not reliably.
