Finance Extracts: Export Locations and Access

Problem

You need to know where your finance extract files are exported to and how to access them.

Resolution

1. When finance extract files are generated, they can be exported to two locations:
   • Azure Storage Account - Gladstone Drive (preferred method)
   • File path directly on an SFTP server (legacy method that is being phased out)
2. If files are exported to Gladstone Drive, they can be accessed by:
   • Using an SFTP connection to gladstone-drive.gs-signature.cloud
   • Using a portal connection to gladstone-drive.gs-signature.cloud — see How to Access Gladstone Drive

Notes

• The SFTP server method is a legacy option and is being phased out.
• Gladstone Drive is the preferred method for accessing finance extract files.
