## Problem
You need to configure a Verifone PED ID in Gladstone360 PC Settings to ensure that an Android PED device is linked correctly for POS integration.

## Resolution

1. **Obtain the Point of Interaction ID**
   - If you already have the Point of Interaction ID, proceed to step 2.
   - Otherwise, follow these steps in Verifone Central:
     1. Log in to Verifone Central.
     2. Navigate to **Administration > Point of Interaction**.
     3. Search for the device serial number.
     4. Locate the **Point of Interaction Name** on the left side of the results.
        - *Tip: Click the row to view extra details about the device if needed.*

2. **Configure the PED ID in Gladstone360**
   1. Log in to Gladstone360 and open the POS.
   2. Select the settings cog in the top-right corner.
   3. Choose **PC Settings**.
   4. Under **Chip & PIN**:
      - Set **PED Type** to **Verifone Cloud**.
      - In **Verifone PED ID**, enter the **Point of Interaction Name** from Verifone Central (for example: `T650P_317`).
   5. Select **SAVE** to apply the settings.

## Notes
- You need permission to modify PC Settings in Gladstone360 and access to the Point of Interaction ID from Verifone Central.
- This process is required for integrating Android PED devices with Gladstone360 POS.
