How to Find the Serial Number on a Verifone T650p Android PED

Problem
You need to locate the Serial Number and PTID on a Verifone T650p Android PED, for example when setting up Gladstone360 PC Settings or when contacting support.
Resolution
- Remove the T650p from its charging base and turn it over.
- Remove the battery cover from the back of the PED.
- Using the battery tab, carefully lift the battery and fold it back out of the compartment. The battery will remain connected by its wired connector.
- Locate the manufacturer label inside the battery compartment. Record the Serial Number, PTID, Model Number, or any other information required.
- Refit the battery into its compartment.
- Refit the battery cover.
Notes
- Handle the battery carefully when lifting it to avoid disconnecting the wired connector.
