## Problem
You need to install the Epson TM-T88IV receipt printer on a Windows 11 operating system and require the appropriate driver.

## Resolution
1. Navigate to the Epson Download Centre.
2. In the download centre, select the following options:
   - **Operating System:** Windows 11 x64
   - **Country/Region:** United Kingdom
3. Find and select the driver labelled **EPSON Advanced Printer Driver 4 (for English model)** from the list.
   - *Tip:* You can view a list of compatible operating systems and printer information by clicking the **Description** button before downloading.
4. Click **Proceed to Download**.
5. Tick the **I agree to the Software Licence Agreement** checkbox.
6. Click the **Download** button.
