How to Update Contract Terms and Cancellation Periods for Membership Subscription Types

Problem

You need to add or amend the contract term and cancellation period for a membership subscription type within the GMC configuration settings.

Resolution

1. Open the Gladstone Management Console (GMC).
2. Select Configuration Manager.
3. Select Configuration.
4. From the drop-down list, select Gladstone360 Front Of House and then Subscription Types.
5. Find the membership subscription type you want to change and click the ellipsis (…) next to it.
6. Update the contract term and/or cancellation period settings as needed.
7. Click Save.
8. Repeat these steps for any other subscription types that require changes.

• You must have access to GMC and permission to edit membership configuration settings.
