# How to Add or Amend Terms and Conditions Including Health Commitment Statement

## Problem
You need to add or update the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy or Health Commitment Statement used in GoJoin so that members are directed to the correct and updated policy information via a link to a webpage.

## Resolution
1. **Open the settings**
   - Log in to GoOperator and go to `Configuration > Modules > Configure`.

2. **Find the setting**
   - In the search field, type **Terms** or **Health** depending on what you want to add or amend.

3. **Enter the URL**
   - Enter the URL of the webpage where the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy or Health Commitment Statement is hosted (usually linked from your website footer).
   - Link all three settings to **one policies page** so there's only one URL to update.

4. **Save**
   - Select **Save** in the top right to apply your changes.

## Notes
- You must have access to GoOperator and the necessary permissions to amend configuration settings.
- Make sure you have a valid URL containing the Terms & Conditions or Health Commitment content before starting.
- The health commitment statement is optional and can be added later. Terms and conditions acceptance is compulsory when joining.
- Policy links aren't kept in sync: if a page moves, the link breaks. Keep URLs stable (or use redirects), and recheck the links after website changes.
