# Go Configuration Build Order Across Products

## Problem
You need to know which product each piece of Gladstone Go configuration lives in, and the order to build them in Plus2, the GMC, GladstonePay and Operator so that each step has what it depends on.

## Resolution

1. **Plus2**
   - Subscriptions (Purchase via web, site on the Web tab, **Apply To Links** for group memberships), price products with one price level each, joining-fee products.
   - Activities and reservations (web tick, descriptions, advance booking, waiting list), price levels on products.
   - Payment methods (GSP; Invoicing **Default for Hosts**), invoicing accounts for block bookers, user fields.

2. **GMC**
   - Sub Types price level and status, eligibility statuses, subscription discounts.
   - Member Facing Global (consent ages, linked-member bookings, party booking caps, midnight offset, booking limits).
   - Roles including Operator roles, 360 email templates and DD mandate, SaaS_PayByLink template.

3. **GladstonePay**
   - Merchant keys and RCP T&Cs link (entered by Gladstone), portal access for staff.

4. **Operator**
   - `Modules > Configure` settings (booking, limits, alert list, joining, DD details, age, linked memberships, party bookings, branding, validation).
   - Sites, tag groups and mapping, form profiles, web-bookable price levels, promotion codes.
   - Email templates, business rules and communication jobs (kept in test), SMS and push, translations, deep links.

5. **Centre Management**
   - Block Bookings (once enabled by Gladstone), Block Booking email, invoicing ownership agreed.

6. **Test**
   - Live-to-test copy, then the end-to-end tests in [Testing Gladstone Go Before Go-Live](testing-gladstone-go-before-go-live.md).

7. **Go live**
   - Switch jobs and journeys to live, then monitor.
