# GladstoneGo: Site-wide Notifications

## Problem
You need to send a notification to all members with access to selected sites using GladstoneGo. Notifications can be sent via email, SMS, or push notification, depending on your setup.

## Resolution

1. **Create an Email Template (if sending via email)**
   - Log into Operator.
   - Go to **Automation Portal > Email Templates**.
   - Click the **"+"** icon to create a new template.
   - Select **Site Notification** and click **Confirm**.
   - Click the **cog icon** to enter your Email Subject and Email Description.
   - Drag and drop content blocks from the left menu to build your email.

2. **Create a Communication Job**
   - Go to **Automation Portal > Communication Jobs**.
   - Click the **"+"** icon.
   - Enter a Name, select the **Site Notification** job type, and click **Next**.

3. **Select Sites**
   - Choose the sites whose members you want to notify.
   - You can select **All Sites** or expand groups to choose individual sites.
   - Selected sites will appear on the right-hand side.

4. **Configure Messaging**
   - Select the **Frequency** and **Channels** (email, SMS, push notification).
   - Enter your message content, or select the email template you created earlier.
   - Click **Next**.

5. **Schedule and Send**
   - Choose when the message should be sent.
   - Save the job.

## Notes

- **Push notifications** are only available if the Go Mobile app is enabled.
- **SMS credits** are required to send SMS messages. Ensure you have sufficient credits.
- Troubleshooting:
  - If push notification is not available, check that the Go Mobile app is enabled.
  - If SMS is not sending, verify your SMS credits.
