# GladstoneGo: Setting Up Alternative Price Level Descriptions

## Problem
You want to display different price level names for online bookings for specific activities or sites, without creating additional price levels.

## Resolution

1. **Open Price Levels in Operator**
   - In Operator, navigate to:  
     `Configuration > Financial > Accounting > Price Levels`.

2. **Select the Relevant Price Level**
   - Locate the relevant price level and click on **Manage**.

3. **Add an Alternative Description**
   - Scroll down to the **Alternative Descriptions** section.
   - Click the **"+"** button to add a new alternative description.

4. **Configure the Alternative Description**
   - Enter the following information:
     - **Alternative Price Level Description:** The name to show online.
     - **Available Activities:** Select the activities for this alternative description.
     - **Available Sites:** Select the sites where this alternative description will be used.
   - Confirm your activities and sites are listed in the "Selected Activities" and "Selected Sites" sections.

5. **Save and Verify**
   - Click **Save**.
   - Ensure the new alternative description now appears for the chosen price level.

## Notes

- **MobilePro Support:**  
  MobilePro currently supports alternative descriptions only at the site level. For activity-specific descriptions in MobilePro, add an alternative description using GMC:  
  `Configuration Manager > Configuration > Member Facing Global > Price Level Descriptions`.

- **Priority of Alternative Descriptions:**  
  If both a site-wide and an activity-specific alternative description are set for the same site, the activity alternative description will take priority.
