Gladstone Go Operator Configuration Overview

Problem

You need to understand how Gladstone Go is configured in Operator, what each task depends on in Plus2, the GMC and GladstonePay, and which article covers each task.

Resolution

Operator is where you configure everything your customers see online: Go Join, Go Book, My Account, Go Mobile, Centre Management and the Automation Portal. Almost every task either depends on something built in Plus2 or the GMC, or changes what staff see in 360 and what is charged through GladstonePay. Each article below covers one task and what happens elsewhere when you change it. The individual Operator settings (cut-offs, Direct Debit details, age rules, translations, single sign-on and payment keys) are listed in Go Operator Configuration Settings: Overview.
