# Which Permission Enables the Switch User Functionality in CoachPortal

## Problem
Staff need to use the **Switch User** functionality in CoachPortal to view other staff members' classes, and you need to know which user group permission allows it.

## Resolution

1. **Open the user group**
   - In GoLearn, open the relevant **User Group**.

2. **Open the Classes permissions**
   - Click the **CLASSES** permission area.

3. **Enable the permission**
   - Enable **Can view all classes in Coach Portal**.

## Notes

- The **Can view all classes in Coach Portal** permission allows your users to view their own classes, and to use the **Switch User** functionality to view other staff members' classes.
