Which Permission Enables the Switch User Functionality in CoachPortal
Problem
Staff need to use the Switch User functionality in CoachPortal to view other staff members' classes, and you need to know which user group permission allows it.
Resolution
Open the user group
- In GoLearn, open the relevant User Group.
Open the Classes permissions
- Click the CLASSES permission area.
Enable the permission
- Enable Can view all classes in Coach Portal.
Notes
- The Can view all classes in Coach Portal permission allows your users to view their own classes, and to use the Switch User functionality to view other staff members' classes.
