# Viewing the Videos in HomePortal

## Problem
Customers want to view the STA skill videos in HomePortal, from the competency section of a member's profile.

## Resolution

1. **Log in to HomePortal**
   - The customer logs into HomePortal as normal.

2. **Open the competencies**
   - In the **Competency** section, click **View all competencies**.
   - This shows the level(s) the member is working on, with each skill and its current grading (for example **Pass**, **Good**, **Fair** or **Needs Practice**) and the date it was last updated.

3. **Watch a skill video**
   - Click a skill to expand it.
   - A video is displayed with a play button. Click it to watch the skill-related video.
