Viewing the Videos in HomePortal

Problem

Customers want to view the STA skill videos in HomePortal, from the competency section of a member's profile.

Resolution

1. Log in to HomePortal

   • The customer logs into HomePortal as normal.

2. Open the competencies

   • In the Competency section, click View all competencies.
   • This shows the level(s) the member is working on, with each skill and its current grading (for example Pass, Good, Fair or Needs Practice) and the date it was last updated.

3. Watch a skill video

   • Click a skill to expand it.
   • A video is displayed with a play button. Click it to watch the skill-related video.
