Viewing Classes
Problem
Coaches cannot see future classes in CoachPortal and want to know which classes they can view.
Root Cause
Access to future classes is intentionally limited. Restricting forward-looking access helps protect customer and participant data, ensuring personal information is only visible when it is operationally required. This supports data protection best practice while still giving coaches the information they need to review recent sessions confidently and securely.
Resolution
- View recent classes
- Within CoachPortal, coaches can view classes from the previous 7 days.
