# Topping Up GoLearn Classes at Reception

## Problem
Reception staff need to top up a member’s class sessions using GoLearn and complete the payment in Plus2 or G360 when the member has low or no remaining sessions.

## Resolution
1. **Find the member in GoLearn**
   - Search for the member in the Members section, or go to the relevant class in the Overview and select the member from the participant list.

2. **Review remaining sessions**
   - Highlight the participant to view their details and check how many sessions they have left.
   - Members needing immediate top-up will be highlighted in red.

3. **Select Top Up**
   - Click **Top up** to view available top-up options for the member.

4. **Choose a top-up option**
   - Select the preferred session package from the options shown and click **Continue** to add the charge to the basket.

5. **Open the Sales tab in Gladstone360**
   - In G360, go to **Check-in** and select the **Sales** tab to find the unpaid transaction.

6. **Add the sale to the basket**
   - Select **Options** and choose **Add to Basket** to prepare the transaction for payment.

7. **Take payment**
   - Complete the payment using the customer’s preferred payment method.

## Notes
- **Transaction not visible in Sales tab:** Make sure the top-up was added successfully in GoLearn and refresh the Sales tab if necessary.
- **Top-up not cleared from GoLearn account:** The transaction will clear after the system cron runs, typically every 20 minutes.
