Reporting on Photo Consent in Reports

Problem

You want to see each member's photo consent status by adding the Private and Public Photo Consent fields to the Class Members report.

Resolution

1. Open the Class Members report

   • Click the Reports tab on the left, then click Launch Reports.
   • Click the Overview report dropdown and select Class Members.

2. Add the photo consent fields

   • Click Fields.
   • Click the white space in the fields box to see more fields.
   • Select Private Photo Consent and Public Photo Consent.

3. Run the report

   • Click Update Report.
   • Private Photo Consent and Public Photo Consent each appear as a column in the report, showing Yes or No for each member.
