Is on a Course Filter
Problem
You want to target members in the Comms Portal based on whether they are currently attending, due to start, or not booked onto a class or course, using the Is on a course filter.
Resolution
Add the filter
- In the Comms Portal, when you are creating a segment or selecting your audience while creating a message, click Add Filter.
- Click Is on a course.
Choose an option
Select one of the four options:
Option Who it targets Both All members who are either currently attending a class or have a future booking that has not yet started. Current Members who are currently attending a class or course. Future Members whose booking or class start date is in the future, meaning they have not yet started their class or course. None Members who are not currently booked onto any class or course.
Check who matches
- Click Update Preview to see which members match.
Notes
- Messages will not send until at least one person matches the audience.
